Product Description: Open the valve to allow the pre mixed coolant to flow into the system
Exhaust and leak testing of automatic cooling system using workshop air
Used to refill coolant within a few minutes, shorten the filling time of the cooling system, and prevent air from flowing into the system
Operation steps:
1. Remove the water from the water tank
2. Open the car hood and hook in the appropriate position
3. Connect the universal rubber joint to the fuel tank
4. Ensure that all switches are turned off and connect the thin tube to the back of the mouse, then to the water tank, as shown in Figure 1

5. Turn on the intake switch and connect the air pump to evacuate. When the pressure reaches -20~-25 Inhg (-50~-60 mhg), close the valve switch
6. The antifreeze hose will be connected to the vehicle body, and the other end will be inserted into the antifreeze container. The interface must be completely submerged under the water level. Turn on the water inlet switch to automatically replenish the antifreeze to the water tank.
7. Disconnect the air pipeline and vacuum pump, and connect the antifreeze hose to the quick connector as shown in Figure 2

8. Place the hose into a container containing a mixed coolant, ensuring that there is enough antifreeze to refill the cooling system.
9. Open the valve, and the antifreeze will flow into the diffuser. When the pressure gauge reads 0, refill the antifreeze.
10. Disconnect the air pipeline and hose, clean all residual antifreeze in the equipment before storage

matters needing attention:
1. Do not replace the coolant when it is hot
2. Wear goggles and gloves in the operating room
3. Vacuum filling, no need to exhaust air
